"Non-interference my ass."
An irresponsible alien tourist named, by an astonishing coincidence, Alien. It causes no end of confusion.
Alien is an extraterrestrial who has travelled from an entirely different galaxy, where no other member of their race has gone before. An intrepid explorer only by technicality, as they're not out to map the universe. They're on holiday and wanted to go somewhere unspoilt by mass tourism. They're an extremely promising adolescent of their species, hence how they were able to create new methods of travel, and are taking the equivalent of a 'gap year' to experience life in the cosmos.
They're also completely unconcerned with secrecy or how they might be affecting the cultures they interact with. Though certainly not malicious, they're just out for a good time.
Alien is a 7', bug-eyed monster with two arms, two legs and thirteen tentacles- this is all personal choice, as their species are shapeshifters and they can take just about any form they desire. However, they usually take that form just because that's what all their clothes are tailored to. Lacking facial expressions, they usually express themselves by changing skin colour.
They also possess a variety of psychic powers, the most common of which is telepathy. And erasing people's memories when their adventures become misadventures and they don't want to get into trouble. Didn't work, still getting chased by space cops.
A friendly, easy-going and brilliant person, Alien is also, unfortunately, lacking in impulse control and very absentminded. They have a tendency to presume everything will work out in the end without any evidence to support that.
